Sausage Dip

I have come across this super easy dip recipe on that I would like to share!  There are multiple people who have posted this recipe on, however the recipe I used was by ‘Emily.’   The first time my family and I tried this recipe, we became immediately addicted.  Sausage-Cheese-DipThis would be a very simple and inexpensive recipe to take to the office for a potluck or to a party you are attending.  Enjoy!


1 pound bulk pork sausage.

1 can original rotel with mild green chilies, undrained

2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese

1 package of Garlic Butter Ritz Crackers


1. Cook sausage in a skillet until evenly brown and no longer pink.  Drain.  Reduce heat to low, and stir in rotel and cream cheese until evenly blended and heated.  Serve warm with your choice of crackers.

*After cooking and draining the sausage, you can transfer sausage and remaining ingredients to a small crockpot until heated and blended if you desire.
