2 (8 oz packages) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 can (4.5 oz can) chopped green chilis
1 c. fresh parmesan cheese (grated)
1 (12 oz jar) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/8 c. canned chopped jalapeno peppers, drained
1 (10 oz. box) frozen spinach, thawed and drained.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F)
2. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder until smooth and creamy. Stir in green chilis, parmesan cheese, artichokes, jalapeno peppers and spinach. Spoon mixture into a baking dish.
3. Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes, until slightly browned.
